Six Ways We Notice the change and to Balance in Life
1,Surround yourself with mentors
Sometimes we change by learning from a mentor. Hopefully the mentor is flexable so creativity can evolve. Other times we learn and create by ourselves and feel connected to our work. Some enjoy both so while they create they can learn more from the mentor.to Most of us have an awareness of aspects of life we dont know, partners who can teach us new perspectives. By learning and growing we may take on new situations. Thers might include a new career, a new role in the family and directing our focus on different things in the environment.It is also important the we see we have knowledge to offer other to maintain our self esteem.
2.The only constant in Life is Change
Many of us look forward to change. Our senses can percieve the world in a new way, we can take on a new career. new responsibilities in the family and new wats to create. Some of us change our appearance which may be exciting to us. We all know that change is not always positive. Dissapointment and loss seem to be very hard. Some people have trauma with loss they have a difficult time attaching to others. As a therapist, I work with my clients to try to master loss so the are willing to risk attachment again.
3 Celebrate Mistakes as least Sometimes
Most of us know mistakes can be golden and can help us to learn to do better the next time around. Most mistakes are due to risk. Risk is in the future as are decisions. Unless we are psychic all the time we are not sure what will happen the first time around. I used to think that most mistakes were lessions for the furture which they are but some are hard to recover from. In 2009 we were rebuilding my mothers house and the banks went under we ended up losing everything. I worked on getting things back and started a Mental Health Corporation in 2019. Then came the pandemic. The corporation did well during that time. However, after the pandemic big corporations opened nation wide mental health and took all our clients. I started again and am doing fairly well.
4. A strick schedule can cause you to miss out.
A hugh part of the human condition that i have learned as a psychotherapist is everyones biology and neurology. Some people do like to work with stuckture and other are not able to. However, if one always stays to a strick schedule they may miss amazing parts of the world. You also miss out on some lessions.
5. Dont Forget Life is Short
I once worked with a women in her 80s. I admired her so much, No matter what was happening in her life if an opporturnity came along she took it. The world is very differnt right now. if there is something you want to do dont hold back go for it. Who knows what will happen
